Awarding the first-ever electric car for its Car of the Year category, the 42nd What Car? annual ceremony placed the Kia e-Niro in the spotlight. Alongside this value packed EV, delivering an advertised range of 253 miles, other affordable car brands like Volkswagen, and Hyundai were showcased.
Kia UK’s boss, Paul Philpott comments,
“This marks an important milestone in the Awards as we approach the tipping point where every motorist will be seriously considering buying an electric car as their next car.”
