He checked the lights straight away, advised on next steps and provided assurance that it would be safe to drive home with car in condition it was until permanent fix. Really put my mind at rest - would 100% recommend, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thanks very much!
A big thank you to Nick and Sharon at this Garage. I contacted them after reading some of their reviews which were excellent. My car developed a misfire and was virtually undriveable. Nick managed to eventually locate the problem in a very professional manner. All is now well and the vehicle drives as normal. So one more happy customer and once again.Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant service thank you so much. After calling around a few places to see who would repair my crankshaft pulley many others just didn't want to it but the Swanage garage were great took my car the next day and repaired with genuine parts. Very happy with the service
Where do I start with these wonderful people? I just returned to London from a weekend away in Swanage. Just as I arrived in Swanage on the Friday, my car started having all sorts of problems and was constantly losing power when I was accelerating and it was jumping around whilst idling. I looked up garages in the area, found Nick's place and got in touch. Nick and his wonderful wife were actually away on holiday at the time, yet still took the time out to contact me to get as much information as they could about the issue with the car and how long I was around for. I thought it had fixed itself and was going to try to drive it home on Monday, so explained that I wouldn't bother taking it to the garage in Swanage. Of course, 5 minutes into my return Journey to London, the issues came back and this time the engine light came on. I managed to get the car back to Nick's garage. They were completely booked out for the entire week, but thanks to their years of experience of working for Vauxhall, they immediately diagnosed the issue without even needing to check the car (of course Nick then promptly checked the car to confirm this was the case and was correct), ordered the new part needed and had my car back on the road within 2.5 hours! 2.5 hours from breakdown to full part replacement, in a small town like Swanage. Incredible! My review does not do justice to how accommodating, friendly, caring and helpful they were throughout the entire process. They saved me from a huge headache and my car drove beautifully back to London without any issues. If you ever have car issues, please contact Nick Taylor's garage. They are wonderful people and will do their best to take care of you. P.s. The price was extremely reasonable and they even refused my attempt to tip them. Thank you both so much!!
Amazing service! Incredibly quick. Saved our holiday by repairing our car and getting us back on the road in under an hour, 100% recommend if you are in the area and need any repairs. Lovely people too :)
