I also had a credit from my last booking with them though it wasn’t easy to tell whether it applied or not but other than that they booked me with a lovely garage who picked up and returned the car from my home. Car passed the MOT and everything went smoothly.

This is a great business model. I have had the service and MOT done by two different garages and it was spot on on both occasions. As a busy professional and a parent I appreciate this service exists so I don't have to take a day off for it. Garages are prompt and communicative throughout the day. There is an option to get things fixed and pay for it straight away.

On time for my mot back in a hour

It would have been 5 stars but I asked for them to look at a problem and they didn’t. Not sure if they couldn’t fix it or they just forgot, as nothing was said. However, the service was excellent with regards to the pick up, MOT and delivery back. Saved me a lot of hassle, so very good value. The guy that picked up the car was also very friendly, polite and professional.
