Van was making a knocking noise driving home from work. Called in 4.30pm on the off chance. Austin was there and snowed under as usual. Told me he was very busy but drop the van off in the morning and he'll see what he can do. Phoned me by 11am to tell me what the problem was and would try and get it done the same day. Phoned me back at 4pm to say the van was repaired and ready, the price was very good too. Used them for years and it's reassuring to have an honest knowledgeable mechanic. Always a good price too. Did my timing belt last year and was £200 cheaper than the other quotes that I had had. Recommended them to many people over the years and they have never disappointed. For all the jobs he's said I need doing he has always told me what doesn't need doing too. So refreshing from a garage

We only select garages with at least a 4/5 online rating: Google, Trustpilot, etc.
Accreditations
We check for existing accreditations: RAC, AA, Trading Standards, Trust My Garage, RMI, IMI & Good Garage xScheme, Bosch, etc.
In person visit
We visit each garage to evaluate the quality of premises and equipment, staff qualifications, capacity, and technical capabilities.
Negotiation
We negotiate preferential terms with each garage. including parts, labour, oil and MOT test rates.
