I contacted RPS online on Sunday afternoon and was surprised (& relieved) that Ray responded positively. Ray booked me in for a DPF clean, but he did more than that. He checked the diagnostics for further faults, cleared all blockages, and restored my Renault Grand Scenic back to its former glory.
