I broke down last night at Asda, Oldbury, after contacting my insurance breakdown cover, Kissane & Jeffrey's arrived well within an hour to assess my car. They quickly identified the problem which couldn't be fixed on site, so arranged a recovery vehicle to take my vehicle and us back to Weston-super-Mare. Another splendid job from the team at SMC - a fantastically fitted fitted tow bar at a fraction of the cost of Halfords, excellent value for money - they even assembled the bike rack for me - these guys go above and beyond! I have used this garage a number of times over the years. The service here is faultless. Engine diagnostics are prompt and accurate, estimates are spot on and the work is carried out to a higher standard than any dealership could ever hope to achieve! Don't waste money on expensive dealer services that will only be conducted by an apprentice - here you have the vast expertise and knowledge of Ian and his dad Bob. More recently SMC saved my wife a small fortune by sorting out the paintwork on her leased Q5. Audi leasing would have hit here for literally thousands for the chips, scratches and knocks on the car - SMC managed to sort the whole lot for under £300 !!! Before returning your lease car let SMC check it over for you - you will not be disappointed. In all - I cant sing their praises enough, SMC now take care of my work van, the family campervan and our family workhorse the Volvo, soon I'll be asking them to service the narrowboat :) Outstanding service all round !
