Gave quote for job, which was a very fair price. Mike called at 2.15 p.m. same day to confirm car was fixed & ready to collect. Absolute life savers!!, & a very clean & professional business. I'm in the motor trade & know a good garage when I see one. Highly recommended, these guys will do a good job at a very fair price. Excellent communication etc., give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Cannot complain about the service in 1 Stop. It's a big place, busy, lots of cars. I rang them, described the issue and they agreed to see my car the next morning, so very quickly. Actually quicker than any other garage I rang. They might seem pricey at first, but they do use quality parts etc. I ended up not repairing my car with them, it was only diagnosed (£72), but that's simply because I was looking for cheap medium-quality repair and not pricey high-quality repair. The chap was polite, explained things to a good degree, made recommendations etc.
Very positive experience throughout my request for some brake part replacements and a track rod inspection. Car runs smoother when turning at corners and there are no minor vibrations when reversing out of parking bays and my home drive. I want to thank the team for their flexibility and comprehensive explanations throughout their delivery of service.
