They have never made me feel like I'm being had over. they are honest and show you the part on the car if it has failed and why it has caused the car to fail the mot. They charge very fairly compared to other garages in and around Portsmouth. I also never feel like I have to get a second opinion from another garage due to the owner, I believe his name is ali always explaining how the part has failed and physically showing me broken parts. I highly recommend A1 automac and would happily take all of my family's vehicles here for mot and any work required. I have spent a lot of money on my car as its modified and they always do everything to accommodate my vehicle.
