I recently took my Fiesta to ABP for a new lower torque mount, as the old OEM part was worn out. The team was incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made sure I ordered the correct part for my car and quickly scheduled me in for the fitting. Unfortunately, once the part was installed, I encountered an issue due to a manufacturer’s fault. However, Rich was fantastic—he immediately ordered a replacement and had me booked in for the same day it arrived, so I wasn’t left waiting around. The new part has made a world of difference, my Fiesta feels so much smoother and more responsive to drive. I couldn't fault the service at all. The customer service throughout the process was excellent, and I really appreciated the team's commitment to ensuring I wasn’t inconvenienced. I’ll definitely be returning for any future work, and highly recommend ABP for anyone in need of reliable and friendly service. I’ll also be booking a service with them soon to keep my car in top condition!
Booked my mini in for an alignment and i was happy with the work done as well as the customer service. I'll definitely be going back when I get a set of camber plates for the front. If you need an alignment I highly recommend ABP👍
Great experience. Genuine guys with a professional approach. Even offered me a coffee while I waited for the work to be completed. Highly recommended, and I will be using again. Keep up the great attitude.
I can’t thank the lads at ABP enough for the work they’ve done on my A7. I honestly thought it was going in and I was going to be told that it’s not worth the work. However the team there not only took the workload on left behind by a cowboy but also got my car back running ! So thank you very much!
