Took my car to 3 different mechanics including Nissan's own garage. No joy. Brought to Ben and I 3 hours he had found the issue, ordered parts, fitted them and called to say that I can collect the car. Absolutely brilliant. I'm taking all my future work to them!
I've been using this garage for some years now and I can't praise them highly enough. I trust them with all of the tasks associated with an elderly vehicle, but just as importantly, I can phone or pop in if I have a worry about my T5. I called in today on the off chance, and even though I accidentally interrupted their lunch break, someone came out to check on an issue I had, and it was put right in minutes with no charge. Top garage!!
Consider I've just had two BAD experiences with other car garages and both of them were popular garages. To turn up here to a much cleaner environment, less chat & more getting on with the checking the job I came in for and to explain why the job was needed to be done (without jargon) and to then get the go ahead to do it was already a pure delight and how business should be done. Check>diagnose> inform customer>get the go ahead>do the job>test>job Done. Within what felt like 10 minutes the car was done and not only that, THEY TEST DRIVE THE CAR UNLIKE OTHERS which really puts my safety at ease. The last place gave my car back with worse brakes and the steering wheel wasn't even straight. The cost was half what everyone else quoted me and I'll be sticking to these guys who actually give a rats about the job they are doing. Five stars are easily awarded.
I have been using this garage for several years now. I have always found them friendly and helpful. I have used them for big and small jobs. The big thing for me with any garage is integrity and trust, and based on my experience to date I believe it is there with this garage. Very happy to recommend them to others.
