Could not fault them in anyway, thanks guys you made one very stressful situation a whole lot easier. RAC could do with a few lessons from you on how to manage customers and recoverys.
Fantastic service! Went above and beyond to help rescue us from our recent breakdown. No idea what we'd have done without their help when RAC were utterly rubbish and totally let us down.
Received absolutely amazing service & support from these guys yesterday!!! After breaking down on the motorway, the RAC recovered us to ALS. These guys went above and beyond for us yesterday after the RAC repeated messed us around. They even went as far as to obtain a part from another closed business and repaired my car for me after the RAC were unable to even diagnose the problem. As well as ensuring myself an family got home safely. Can't thank this company & its amazing staff enough. Exceptional service, Highly Recommend these guys.
Used them as a recovery service via AA guy who picked me up was a great guy, quick response and very friendly would highly recommend!
Recovered us at the side of the M6 during the night. Got us on our way as soon as they could. Very friendly folks.
