I have been using Amtec now for 8 years and I find them really helpful, friendly, professional and genuine. They don't try to rip you off and genuinely give excellent customer service. I trust them 100%
Really awesome service. Been in for an MOT on my current car, and some work on this and a previous car. Always helpful, good prices. Nice blokes. What more do you need?!
Called up Amtec Autocare as my car was making an awful sound after getting the exhaust silencer replaced at another garage. They were able to get me in within two days, when other garages I'd called were convincing me I'd have to wait weeks!! They were incredibly friendly and professional, and also very reassuring, as I've had comments from other garages about my car being old and on its last legs (she's 13) - which doesn't give me much confidence driving it! I dropped my car off and a few hours later had a call to say it was all fixed up. Turns out the previous garage had made a mistake when fixing my car, which Amtec identified straight away and fixed for me - free of charge because it only took a few minutes, and with reassurance that there's nothing else wrong with her. Truly honest guys. Never had such a positive experience at a garage, I could not be more grateful. These guys are clearly passionate about giving their customers the best possible experience - can't see myself going anywhere else, now! If you need a garage in Poole/Hamworthy/Upton - go to Amtec Autocare!!
Honestly, a great place to take your vehicle. Friendly, easy to find and fitted me in for an MOT the next day. Darren Is great! And, very importantly ladies, I wasn’t made to feel like I could be ripped off because I’m female! I was treated well and they really are very reasonably priced and offer a great, quick service. I will definitely be going back! Thanks guys!
