from 583 reviews on GoogleFirst time using Apollo servicing and repairs, I had a leaflet come through my door and i was looking around for a car service anyway so after checking their website I thought it looked like a good well kept facility. After getting a quote from them I booked in to get a major service and change some brake pads. When it came to paying it actually ended up being a little cheaper than quoted which is always nice. Midway through my car service I received a health inspection video via whats app just giving an overview of the condition of the usual wear and tear items, what's good, what's in need of changing soon etc. I think this is a really nice service and I appreciate seeing the underside of my car in some detail as I would never have it up on a ramp to check myself. They also have a coffee stamp like loyalty card which after 4 visits, gets you a discount on any future service or repair bills or a fee MOT or wheel alignment. This is a nice incentive to have which most other places wouldn't think to put in place, helps you feel like you get what you pay for and a nice way to say thank you in return. Overall, I am impressed with what I've had done today, the facility is very nice and I was kept up to date the whole time and would recommend Apollo. Especially if like me your not all that keen on the majority of the local garages in Banbury right now.
I bought a used vehicle and I wanted the reassurance that the vehicle had no hidden issues, I was impressed by the professional and transparent team at Apollo, Luca was a pleasant and informative person. I waited in a comfortable reception where I was offered a drink and could see the workshop on the screen, it was clean and spacious, although busy I felt I was able to sit and wait while my vehicle was being checked. I was relieved to know that there wasn't any particular problem with my vehicle, I thought there was an issue with the exhaust but the comprehensive video of all the major components and underside of my car was invaluable. I would recommend this company for a trusted and honest opinion, the video they sent me give me confidence that as a lone driver on many long journeys that I had bought a decent second hand vehicle....Thanks Apollo
I had a lovely experience with the service provided. The communication was easy, and the quick responses were incredibly valuable. Recently, I replaced the rear brake discs and pads on my Jazz, along with the caliper. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer care. One note: be sure to check the mode of delivery after dropping off your vehicle for service, as buses don't run frequently in that area.
Excellent Service! If like me you are a little intimidated about going into garages, I would recommend giving Apollo Services a try, the whole team were really friendly and helpful. I dropped in on my way to work to ask about booking my car in as it had developed a rattle, after looking over my car they told me if was an easy fix and sorted the problem for me straight away.
Had my Hyundai i30N serviced and from first booking call to getting my car back my experience was smooth and efficient. Everyone was very polite and pleasant. My car was picked up in the morning and dropped back later by a lovely young man (I don't normally let anyone drive my car but he reassured me). I also got a video inspection of the car up on ramps and a view of the underside and brakes. I am very happy and will definately go back for any future work.
