UPDATE/EDIT: After my feedback, got a call from the garage as there was a cancellation and dropped my car in this morning to be sorted, so really happy its coming to a resolution, took the opportunity to tell the WHOLE story to Paul, who is a great mechanic, I cant fault these guys for there work ethic its really good. And I feel i want to continue to give recommendations because i would want someone to do the same for my business, so just a couple more things you may wish to consider enhance your service offering, you may be doing this already so apologies if its not relevant. If a car fails on a major item, dont let it leave the garage until its sorted. Move from a paper book system (especially on the front desk) to a digital system, the benefits in this alone are plenty, and of course you are the car experts so follow up with your customers on things they should be doing to keep their vehicle in the best possible state, assume they know very little or nothing, and dont read the paper work. I am one those. :D Thanks again for acting on this, and getting my car sorted, i DO really appreciate it and everything you said in response. Been taking my car here for years, and up until recently been quite happy with everything, always got the job done for a reasonable price. Just a bit of friendly feedback though, IMHO you need extra staff to be able to turn round the work in reasonable time frame, also why not take the customers phone number when they book the car in, so if they forget to drop it off on the morning which they have it booked in, just a quick 1 minute phone call "are you dropping your car off today, we have it booked in" (friendly, GOOD customer service) then they wont have to wait another month to book in again. Also if a car fails it MOT have some capacity spare to, complete the repair and redo the MOT, because you can only book in your MOT up to a month before its due it does not leave a lot of time for the customer to get sorted. Even if you get someone to do the admin and take calls this will free you up to focus on the cars. This will all make the customer service experience much better. Good luck.
Cant praise these guys highly enough. Fitted me in for a quick check of my breaks when they have very little availability, then able to carry out the work straight away. Great price, great blokes. Thank you!

Thank you team!! 100% recommend. I’m a community nurse out in the road and had an issue with my car overheating. Even though they were fully booked, they told me to just pop in for a quick check over. In and out and back on the road within 10 minutes. These guys are quick, efficient and very friendly. Thank you again, I wouldn’t hesitate in using your service again
