Anyone looking for a new garage can be sure they will get honest, reliable and quick service here.
I blew a tire on a rental car and needed a new one ASAP. Without an appointment, they were able to fit me in and get me a new tire within 30 minutes. I'm a first time international traveler and I was solo and nervous about the entire process but they were kind and understanding. The gentleman at the front desk was great with conversation and made me feel welcome.
Excellent garage. Very friendly and helpful staff. I am not from Belfast originally and have tried a lot of garages over the years and this is by far the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Great prices and very accommodating. Highly recommend🙂
My car was due MOT but I was unable to drive it due to recent eye surgery, having read the reviews I thought Auto Clinic looked like my best bet as my previous mechanic had retired. Initial communication was much easier than usual by using WhatsApp link from their page and saved missed calls and delays throughout the process. They picked my car up and within a couple of hours had a detailed report and invoice sent to me for approval before any work was carried out, this included welding which Gary also organised to be undertaken by a reputable bodywork specialist. Due to the amount of work required the car wouldn't be ready by the mot date I had booked so Gary rearranged a date to suit. As I couldn't drive anyway I thought it would take about a week, 3 days later the car was back in my driveway with an MOT certificate and a very reasonable invoice for the work carried out. All in all this is how your experience with a mechanic/garage should go, would highly recommend to anyone!
This is a very great service. They pick up the phone within seconds of ringing. Very nice and they actually listen to you. They came within minutes and sorted out my car. I'm really glad I called.
