It was slightly complicated because skoda made it tricky with the software needed to release the electric parking brake but Gary sorted it. I am a trained vehicle tech myself and I can tell he really knows his stuff. The other guys were great as well. Very honest, professional and efficient garage.
Auto Fix Service Centre is a very professional and friendly company with what I would class as a Master Mechanic at the helm with 2 other very knowledgeable and experienced mechanical engineers i say this because they’ve never been able Not to solve any issues I’ve had or friends who have used them before.But the best thing is you don’t feel that you are being taken for a ride everything is explained in a way that you can understand,so no jargon or smugness none of this what I call the Dell boy chat I say all this because most off the garages I’ve used in the past are exactly that like Halfords Mr clutch Formula 1 and so on but I’ve always had the Dell boy chat in these places I don’t know anything about car mechanics that’s why I go to actually mechanic’s to fix my car but I’m not there to be spoken to in a way as if I’m supposed to understand mechanical terminology and when I look at them with that look off confusion their voice starts sounding like they are annoyed and then the way they talk about what it’s going to cost 🤦 but I get nothing like that from the guy’s at Auto Fix I’m treated with respect and honesty and the price is very reasonable but don’t take my word for it next time you’re in need of anything on your car that needs fixing go to Auto Fix.
Guys here are great, I recently damaged my car Engine while driving and after multiple garages turning me away advising that they won’t touch or they don’t have time to take on this kind of work. Auto Fix Service Centre took on the work as long as I could supply a new Engine and get this delivered to the workshop. The garage called me as soon as my engine arrived and less then week later my car was fixed and they called when ever there was any complication. Very honest group of mechanics and highly recommend. Will be going back for work servicing in the future.
a spent over enough 1k to repair my car from a previous mechanic doing a bad job, Gary knows his stuff, and im glad i met him through my father. I often come by to see the work that he does to my car and since having him look after it, its been running perfectly, he's quick to book me in, offers fair prices and best part is that he's honest with the work he does, 3 traits not many mechanics can offer. when it comes to m57 or BMWs his knowledge there is extensive and reputable, from all the other mechanics I've been to. him and his team are always fast and reliable, if they need to stay over time to do the work, they will do it without fail. if you need an honest mechanic and a bloody good one too, this is what you've been looking for.
Never been to this garage before but will definitely be back absolutely brilliant don’t rip you off 100 percent genuine Kieran and Sam was very professional
