I needed a repair urgently and I was lucky to find Auto Tech who was more than happy to assist. The quote for the repairs was reasonable cheaper than other garages plus I had my car repaired and ready same day. So far everything is in good working order. Plus, additional repairs were done at a fraction of the cost. I was so surprised by their generosity. I would highly recommend this garage, the owner seems honest and reliable plus I got 1 year warranty on the repairs. I couldn’t be more happier with the service. I will be using their services in the future. Thank You for provinding an excellent service. 🙏🏽😊

I was recently recommended Auto-Tech by Faizan in GSF Croydon. My car had started misbehaving and needed a replacement Air Conditioning Compressor and Alternator, so not knowing any garages in the area decided to try Auto-Tech. When I arrived Maqbool the owner came across as open and trustworthy, and also offered to try and fix the problem that afternoon, as I told him I needed to get to go somewhere that evening. He indeed would have completed it on time, had there not been an issue with the part I had ordered from GSF (I had bought the only aircon compressor that my vehicle registration matched on their website). Maqbool helped on the phone call to GSF to rectify it (10 minutes before they closed) and the parts were duly delivered and exchanged the next day (and fitted). As I drove away, about a mile down the road the car started misfiring, I even checked it with my own ODB II Bluetooth dongle and App on my mobile. I called Auto-Tech back and they said just bring it down. It turned out there was another completely unrelated fault with the ignition coil! I had noticed occasional misfiring, but with a new alternator the extra voltage obviously push the coil over the edge. Excellent service, reasonably priced, and extremely courteous….HIGHLY RECOMMENDED No extra charge for me ordering the wrong part, and a valuable lesson learned, always get the garage to order parts (they also get a slight trade discount)
Very professional service. The mechanics know their stuff and have good equipment. Diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and fixed promptly the following day. Will definitely come back to this garage in future for service and if need of repairs.
