Great service from Paul who came out when our car wouldn’t start. He quickly diagnosed the problem and effected a temporary repair so I could get it to our local garage for permanent repair. He followed me down and then brought me back home once car had been dropped off. Great service from AVS, and especially Paul. Would definitely recommend them.
I broke down with my 2 children just off the M5 RAC came but couldn't help, they sorted a recovery with AVS my night in shining armour was Gareth (big G) 😁 he's was the nicest friendliest person ever, excellent service made us feel so at ease, we were recovered from Tewkesbury to our home in Bristol and Gareth even tried to help me diagnose the car problem even though it was already late. Thank you Gareth for making the worst day ever much more enjoyable my children can't wait to tell their class mates in school we were rescued by Big G 😀
Car flashing engine warning lights and juddering yesterday morning. Managed to get off the M5 onto McDonald's car park in Droitwich. Rob a great guy from AVS came out to us, ran diagnostics and spent time explaining the problem. The car required fixing at a garage but nowhere open due to Saturday afternoon and the bank holiday. Discussed our options but decided on being towed home to Newcastle-under-Lyme. Vicky came to our rescue with the tow truck, extremely helpful, did a fantastic job and we chatted all the way back home, felt like I was with a friend 😁. Thanks guys 👍
A happy face even in miserable weather, Just the kind of person I wanted to see after having a bad day. Very chatty and professional. Dropped off my courtesy car and had my Van loaded in no time. Great service. Thanks.
