I rang up Autofit and explained the problem. They went above and beyond to fit my son’s car in to get it checked over, found the issue straight away and did some electrical testing on the car. The battery which Halfords claimed was the “correct battery “ was in fact not the correct size of battery for the car. The terminal connectors were the incorrect size, and as such did not provide a “good connection “ resulting in the car battery not being charged up properly. Autofit replaced the battery for the correct one and the car is going great now with no issues at all. Thank you Autofit very much for all your help, 5* service.
To anyone who needs anything sorted these are the boys to go to!! Got me out of trouble yesterday and back on the road within good timing and my car is driving like a dream again. Best garage around South Wales!!
What a huge difference under the new management of Andrew and Gareth. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, the quality of work and how reasonably priced the work was. 5* Service, highly recommend.
Had a small car accident while working in Caerphilly they managed to squeeze me in for a full check on my car to make sure I could get home safely. Everyone that worked there was so kind and friendly, they made a difficult experience much nicer for me, and they even taped up the damage for me. Would 1000% recommend this garage, if I was a local I'd be using them for my car needs.
Great service. The first mechanic to diagnose and fix my Aircon leak after 4 years of trying. Really pleasant and professional and prices are reasonable.
