I had a query about availability of parts to repair my own car (a nitrogen oxide sensor) and John answered this comprehensively. Very helpful, prompt and professional service - highly recommended.
Amazing team! My car broke down on the M6 several hours from my home, and I rang around the nearest town to see which garage could help: Autopoint Knutsford came to my rescue! Not only that - they fixed the problem, plus some other minor issues that they spotted (for no extra charge), MOTed it for me and then - when I came up by train - offered to collect me from the station, had the car ready and even demisted for me. I was nervous of it overheating again, but they let me drive it around, bring it back for another check, and then emailed to check I'd got home safely. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Everyone needs garage they can actually trust: this is one!
Exceptional! I was a long way from home when car needed urgent attention. Despite their incredibly busy workload and staff absences, they somehow squeezed me in and came to the rescue. Although only a brief encounter, it was clear that Autopoint are to be recommended. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Cheers.
I've used this business 4 times now which is 3 occasions more than any previous garages. That is because they are polite, helpful, patient, and provide an excellent service at great value. I can't give any more than 5 stars but I would if I could. 5 Stars with knobs and bells on!
Had an amazing experience with Autopoint - I had been quoted over £600 when my MOT was due by a national garage chain, but on a recommendation from a neighbour I took it to Autopoint and got a great service. Chris was lovely and did my MOT quickly and efficiently, and was honest about the work that was needed on my car (which turned out to be nothing!) It’s hard to know who to trust when you don’t know much about cars, but I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris and the team at Autopoint to anyone :)
