Great communication from Emillie on the status of my car throughout the day. I also took the option of a loan car which was immaculate. I will be returning when my car needs a service. I would highly recommend Autoworks to any BMW/Mini owner! Great service plus the vehicle service history on the i-drive/BMW Server is updated also!
I have used Autoworks several times now for my Mini R59. BMW F48, and F20, and on each occasion have received a first class service. The work is carried out to an excellent standard and if you require your BMW serviced beyond the warranty period of a main dealer I recommend this company.
Autoworks were absolutely fantastic at fixing the issues with my car, I had not long bought it and it had developed an issue, got it booked it and the service received was second to none. Jenn kept me up to date the whole way through the process, the team (Matt and dale I think) that worked on my car I cannot thank enough, will certainly be taking my car back for anything else it may need!
Had a very good experience using them and can’t recommend them highly enough. Helped me when I had been messed about by a main dealer and took out all the stress. Expert knowledge and care taken with my vehicle and very good customer service. Thank you.
Phoned last week and spoke to Emillie who managed to squeeze in my m5 for a major service the following tuesday and collection on friday but got called wednesday and was told its ready, Those guys work fast, Absolutely faultless
