Ball Hill Garage were absolutely great in this regard, and they were quick and efficient with fixing the car. Recommended.
Excellent. Told me to check elsewhere for (expensive) tyre as he probably couldn't match prices of big dealers. BHG were cheapest, and have done all tyres since. I too got the suggestion to come back with more than tyres. Fair enough. That led to servicing and MOTs since. Excellent service and value. No cappuccino or valet (saving £££'s) but a polite telephone reminder e.g. when MOT due. Recommended.
Very good experiences at this garage. Very efficient, good communication and fairly priced. Above all I trust them to give honest and knowledgeable advice.
Superb old-fashioned traditional service just the way we like it - superb attention to detail and estimates given BEFORE work is carried out - cannot fault, a terrific garage to deal with and highly recommended
