from 61 reviews on GoogleThis company is excellent. We recently bought a VW Transporter Camper Van, and found that the air conditioning was not functioning very well. I contacted Banbury Car Clinic, as they specialise in Air Con, and their reviews were very good. I called the garage and spoke with Victoria, who was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to offer me a booking the following day for a gas recharge. However, as my circumstances changed, I was required to change the appointment to another day, which Victoria was more than accommodating with. When I took the vehicle to the garage, the team identified quickly that there was more wrong with the Air Con than just the gas pressure. They performed some free of charge diagnostics, and found the van's compressor was faulty and needed replacing. I asked Victoria if they were able to do the replacement, which they were. However, I was not able to collect the vehicle on the Friday, as I had no transport. When she was aware of this, Victoria simply said that she would travel in and open the garage on Saturday, for me to collect the vehicle. To this end, as I was so impressed with the company, I asked if they were able to perform an service on the van at the same time as the Air Con repair, which they were. This was very convenient as we were taking the van to Devon the following day, and it offered us good peace of mind. We collected the van on the Saturday as planned, and everything was very hassle free. We are already planning to return the Banbury Car Clinic in the future, as we trust that Victoria and her team will do a good job at a reasonable price. Lee and Abbie Smith, Buckingham.
I needed an urgent diagnostic check run, they booked me in quickly, did the job with minimal fuss and gave the results in a professional manner. But in addition to a job well done, it was the friendly attitude of the people I dealt with that made the whole experience very pleasant.
Amazing service, took my car in for clutch repairs and was not expecting such a speedy turnaround. Lovely helpful staff kept me up to date with everything. Would highly recommend.
Very,very good friendly people at this garage. Helped me out alot to get my car back on the rd reasonable price's. I couldn't be happier with what they've done. I will be using them to fix the rest when needed.
I keep coming back because the team are really helpful. Open and honest, giving updates and best advice when things don’t go entirely to plan. This is now about the 6th time I’ve been here and the quality of work is always top notch.
