If you have a problem with a vw or vag group car don't waste your time taking it anywhere else. Had a problem my local garage could not fathom out dropped it off at ben cross was fixed the next day. Should of took it to Ben first time lesson learnt I will only use this garage in future
I had a very small problem that needed fixing . However , in the midst of what was obviously a very busy period for them , they fixed the issue there and then , having rolled up with my van. As I say a small problem and a quick fix but their attitude and helpfulness was very much appreciated . They also didn’t charge me . Will definitely give them my business in future
Ive had my Audi S3 at Ben Cross a couple of times now, and I couldn’t recommend them enough, professional & honest service through out, answered any questions I’ve had. Very Good prices compared to what the main dealers quote you, i will definitely be using Ben Cross in the future 👍🏼
