Ali is honestly the BEST!!!! when my car got broken into i went to him and he said 'no problem bring it in tomorrow at 9am'. When i tell you my car was ready in an hour?????? it was ready in an hour!! So quick and efficient. I made the mistake of going somewhere else to do my MOT, they tried to charge me over £150 to fix my indicator light and told me it would take 2 hours. I thought let me go to Best Motors since they did such a good job last time, i'm not even making this up, he came up to me in 5 minutes and said 'why are they charging you £150, i just fixed it in 2 minutes and i'll charge £10. I couldn't even believe it. I'm actually never going anywhere else! Also special shoutout to the receptionist, she's so lovely and kind. I feel SO LOOKED AFTER at best motors. THANK YOU!!
I needed a new alternator and found Best Motors Coachwork very reasonable in price and labour, compared to Kwik Fit. They had excellent availability and Jay the representative was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful. They even gave me a used fan belt from their stock room at a very good price and told me the normal cost price, which I was not aware that was needed. When I had to pick up the car, I was running late due to traffic and I got a text back saying the manager would wait for me, even though it was after 6pm. I was so grateful since I really needed the car. Brilliant service from beginning to end, I would definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for a great mechanic with brilliant service, not many places around like this especially when you're a woman.
