I rang at 11am, and they managed to fit me in before closing at 12.30pm, even going over their working hours to service my car. Extremely thorough and talked me through it all for reassurance. The staff are extremely professional and friendly! The most reasonably priced and timely service iv had, and I will definitely be recommended to other people. Thank you for your help! I will be returning with any other issues/MOT in the future
Recently had my my dpf cleaned I found this garage to be , very knowledgeable, reasonable prices , staff go out of their way to make sure the job is done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. A****
Excellent service, from the beginning when receiving a quote to the completion of the job, BK Auto repairs were efficient, polite and approachable. Excellent communication from start to finish and with competitive prices. I genuinely wouldn’t want to use another mechanics in town and beyond.
We wanted to get our car serviced before a long trip. (it's quite an old car). BK Auto Repairs did a really thorough job and gave us detailed feedback about what they had done and why. It's great to meet people who love doing what they do.
Reliable and trustworthy mechanics. Fixed my car very quickly and well within the timeframe stated. Explained what was causing the issue so I understood. Pricing was fair too and came in cheaper than other quotes I had had. Will definitely be using them again in future, including for my next service. Thanks!
