Had an engine light come on recently too and they got me in same day despite being busy to do a diagnostic, and sorted the car out. Great lads, do everything they can for the customer and would highly recommend.
Had an MOT done today after using another garage for years but due to his retirement was recommended this garage...WOW..I won't be going anywhere else again. Felt like I was a customer that had been using them for years. Gave me some useful advice for a problem I have with car I'll definitely be going again next year for MOT 'S and car services
After a failed MOT and awful diagnostics and advice from halfords I went to Danny at Black Bear who sorted out my car, found the correct fault straight away and fixed the issue, serviced, changed a cam-belt and re MOTd with no fuss and at a very sensible price. Best experience i have had with a garage after 16 years of driving
Great service & Customer care. Previously went to Warrington MOT station and felt ripped off as I'm sure others do too. Will be back here again next year. Cars next door look decent too. Thanks again - a happy customer
