I had it taken my car to many other garages to see what the light was and they we're quoting huge amounts of work and money. I'm so happy i went to Black country garage it saved me lots of money and my car is working perfectly now thank you. Highly recommend them, they are friendly and more importantly don't rip you off.
Car had a major service from here today and delighted with their professionalism from start to finish. Sam was able to give me a detailed explanation of their different service packages and inspired confidence in the garage straight away. Jack the mechanic was very thorough with the inspection, lubricated everything as per the service schedule and even sorted out a number plate bulb. He also showed me the old parts (see pic of parts removed) and confirmed the old spark plugs showed the car was running right. Sam provided an invoice itemising the major parts replaced on this service which will help keep track of the cars history. Based on the transparency, professionalism and quality of the service received today, will be happy to return for future car maintenance. Thank you Sam and Jack👍
I love this garage they’re so friendly and not scared to have a laugh. They are very professional without being off putting. They really do look into problems you may have Excellent 👌🏻 team work. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. 5stars all the way
