The car now has a new m o t I was given a free courtesy car for the night. The price was fair and the work carried out has made a difference to my car. It's running better than before. So I recommend this garage and give it 10 out of ten! Thank you! David Ross
I've used bobs for years but stupidly used halfords as it was closer to my work for convenience. We were quoted almost £500 by that other garage to replace our oil sump as the plug had been overtightened and dethreaded by a different garage during a service years ago. We called bobs and although they were really busy, they sorted us out pretty quickly and rethreaded the sump instead, saving us over £300! Jen and Robert went above and beyond to look after the car and get us sorted. They saved us hundreds of pounds and saved our car as if they hadn't been able to fix it, it would have been headed to the scrappies. We won't be making the mistake of using another garage again. Thank you guys so much!
I rarely do this, but, Bobs Garage have been really great. If I could give them 10 ⭐ I would! They have gone above and beyond what I have ever experienced any where. They are very honest and good at what they do! I would highly recommend and will be telling all my friends to go there. They have got a customer for life out of me. Thanks again!
I was working on a site near by about to start my shift and noticed a puncture so I called the garage and Even though they were busy they got my car in and got it repaired well before my shift was done. So helpfull and down to earth and didn’t rip me off either which could have easily been done given that I would have been stuck. So if you are ever needing a garage in Edinburgh can’t recommend them enough
We are so pleased with Bob‘s and would highly recommend. We called on Friday and we’re able to get an appointment for Monday morning. The car was ready for pick up on Tuesday! Bob’s fixed the exhaust which was falling off, a bumper and number plate light bulbs as well as brake pads and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process, trying to keep the costs as low as possible for us! When I picked the car up it was absolutely sparkling and the staff were so friendly! We will definitely be back for the MOT!
