Superb service from Greg and Brakes Garage. My Mini broke down after leaking engine coolant on 4th Dec. I got it recovered to my usual mechanic (Revtech in Ferndown), and was told they will get someone to look at it when they can. After waiting for 2 weeks and constant chasers, the car still hadn't even got an initial look at, so I desperately was forced to get it towed somewhere else. At this point, I was running the risk of not having my car fixed in time for Christmas. I then found Brakes Garage, and right from the first call Greg put me at ease and was open that he will be able to prioritise this breakdown for me, after the nightmare with my previous garage. I arranged for the car to be transported there to be fixed. He was very honest with me and was able to diagnose, and fully fix the fault in 2 days of the car being dropped off there (it needed a radiator replacement). I was also kept updated on the progress and estimated costs via phone call. Cannot recommend these guys enough, otherwise I would have been left in a tricky situation without my car. Will be coming here from now on for any service or work that needs doing.

Garage has been going for years but renamed recently hence not many reviews. Greg has managed to keep some old peugeot 306s of mine on the road at a good price for years. Always transparent about work required. Experienced and knowledgeable garage, worth travelling out of your way for.
I recently had extensive repair work done on my car. The service was excellent in every way. My car looks new again ! I would certainly recommend this garage .
