from 53 reviews on GoogleBrake light went out. Went to Halfords. They changed the bulb, it didn't work, they told me it was a wiring issue. Went to Brookdene (without a booking). They had a look, explained why it was definitely the bulb, got me a new bulb, and it worked - didn't even charge me. Took about 4 minutes. 10/10, would recommend.
Amazing mechanics, always super helpful. Been taking my car, van and wife’s car to them for years. Have replaced alternators, break callipers, tires, manifold, steering rack.
Jason was a great at helping me out with an issue I’d had with another garage that we’re trying to rip me off. He was honest fair and the work done quickly and without any problems. Can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely return for future work.
I rang enquiring about a pre-purchase inspection regarding a vehicle I hoped to buy in the Watford area. I spoke with Marley who was an absolutely brilliant help, he was asking all of the right questions and I felt really valued as a customer. Marley made an extra effort to enquire into the seller, the state of the car and even offered to run a 'background check' on the seller and the legitimacy. Marley explained to me clearly what was involved in pre-purchase inspection and how it would be carried out. I ended up having to call back numerous times due to communicating with the seller, taking time to think and Marley was very patient with me and even stayed on the line on hold as I was being called back from other garages.. I would totally recommend Brookdene Service Centre for customer support alone, at the time of writing this review I have the pre-purchase inspection booked for later in the week. I will update my review afterwards.
