Compared to In & Out these guys are far better. I asked them to go ahead with the exhaust replacement once they had talked me through my options and payment, they then got it ready for pickup in just over half a day! Easy to talk to, polite and professional.
Hands down the best garage I have ever used. Managed to diagnose a near impossible to see leaky valve that was missed by a Vauxhall main dealership and a large chain garage. Great customer service, great prices and car finally runs smoothly! 10/10 would recommend.
Fantastic service! My car was collected and Brookside ended up doing a cheaper service than I booked online. I dealt with Brookside over the phone and found David really honest, friendly and with excellent customer service. I will be definitely using them again and highly recommend.
I have been taking my car to Brookside autos for several years now and have always found the staff to be friendly, honest, helpful and most importantly trustworthy. They always go the extra mile, even fitting a replacement bulb on my car for free! Prices are always reasonable and I don’t feel I am ever been ripped off or told i need unnecessary work doing like I have with previous garages. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now and can’t recommend them enough.
Did alot with them thru the years. I am very sad that they will be going into retirement and are closing down. The best mechanics i know are going to chill and enjoy life (bless them). I hope i will find another place where i can get the same trust and peace of mind. THANK YOU Brookside from the bottom of my heart
