I have taken our two cars to these folks three times in the last few weeks. Every time we got great service, a good output and very reasonable pricing. Even when there was something small they still treated it with respect and booked us in whilst never trying to upsize the job or misquote on it. Super family led company with care..
The mechanics at Burlington are super friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to diagnose the problem with my car and suggest possible solutions quickly, efficiently and with great customer service throughout. Can't recommend them enough!
I’ve had a friend use this garage a couple of times and tried it myself recently for a wheel bearing. This garage is amazing! Excellent customer service and a quick turnaround - they use their initiative and spotted another easy fix on my car and completed it for me within the same Labour charge as they knew they’d have time.
Burlington motors always do an excellent job and charge a fair price. Henry is always so helpful and kind and will do what he can to help. All the staff are excellent. I feel confident having my car serviced/mot and repairs at Burlington's. Being a woman it can be daunting bring your car for servicing etc but never at Burlington's they is always a warm and personable welcome. I recommend them highly.
