Took my car to a different garage for an MOT I think it was Feb 9th, they’re an amazing garage but the particular parts they used for the job I needed doing were too expensive. I called around, eventually landing on Buster & Son’s and I think I spoke with Amanda. This was our first phone call and I explained my financial issues and the reasons for me being stressed (cos we love an oversharer) and Amanda stopped what she was doing, sourced the price for the parts etc and offered me the best quote I’d found all day. I took my car in the following week on Monday or Tuesday as it was Friday at 5:30pm at this point and the issues were resolved and I’ve had not a single problem since. As a woman contacting car garages you’re always scared of getting mugged off when you don’t use your regulars, so when I arrived and paid the much cheaper bill than anywhere else they also went one step further and put the old parts in a bag for me which went straight into my hand. MOT then checked again and cleared with the first garage and boom! Will definitely be returning.
On my commute to work yesterday my exhaust decided to snap and fall off, I pulled into Buster and Sons. I explained what had happened and was heavily reassured that they would get my car fixed and back on the road in no time. Such a professional, and fast service, they even went as far to explain to me how, why and what happened with a video too. Can't rate these guys enough, they saved the day big time
Brilliant service, Reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again
Had my cars clutch replaced here, car feels brand new they did a great job, costumer service was excellent, always there to answer and query i had and price was really good for how much was done for me, will definetly use again.
