I have been working with Jon on several options to purchase a Lotus Emira. Finally I have purchased a1 year old car and I’m extremely please with it. Throughout the process Jon has kept me fully up to date with the complete process and it’s been a real pleasure working with him. He’s enthusiastic and very knowledgeable as a fellow petrolhead. Looking forward to seeing him again to talk cars and eventually book in for a service. Great business.

The placing of my order for my Emira with Lotus coincided with the opening of Lotus Sussex at Lewes. I made contact with Lotus Sussex shortly after they opened and was please to meet Jon Bailey who was as enthusiastic about the Lotus Mark as I have been for more than 50 years. Despite the long lead time prior to taking delivery of my Emira, Jon has always gone out of way to keep me informed of the progress of manufacture of my car; along with being very welcoming when I pop in to find out the latest. Jon helped me with the confirmation of my requirements to ensure that at collection my expectation had been achieved regarding my Emira.
