After years of terrible recommendations of mechanics I was always left feeling short changed either by being overcharged, the job exaggerated, or just getting a bad job done. Then about 15 years ago I was introduced to Paul and Central Car Care and from that moment on one of life's great problems was immediately solved. The unicorn really does exist - a mechanic that you can actually trust. You can just leave the problem with Paul and know that he is dealing with it and not making up additional work or overcharging. No job is too big or too small for them. I just hope that they stay around as long as I am because I can't bare the thought of having to start the hunt for a replacement.
Paul and the team at Central Car Care have always been very helpful over the years and provide a first class service. There a great asset to the neighbourhood.
Central Car Care has been looking after my car for several years, dealing both with small and big maintenance issues. I've always found their service impeccable from the technical side, and fair on the wallet. Paul is always willing to go the extra mile for a bespoke and speedy service. I feel very lucky to have them nearby. Highly recommended!
Have used Central Car Care for approximately 10 years. They have always been really helpful and accommodating in servicing and repairing my BMW convertible. Took my BMW in after an accident where the driver door was heavily damaged and they had it repaired to a top class finish. Was really impressed. More recently had an issue with the driver rear window. The issue was due to a leak which had effected electrics and so needed the window motor replacing etc. They had this repaired and back in working order very rapidly. Definitely highly recommended! 10/10
I have been a client of Paul and his team for more than 20 years. They have looked after all my cars … mostly BMWs. Put simply, Paul seems to be able to fix anything … and does so promptly and for a reasonable price. Always reliable! Right now, I have an urgent recall issue on my car but BMW itself cannot handle that for 3 months and any simple service issue is at least 6 weeks out. By contrast, I have always been able to have Paul look after things in a matter of days and he is always straight about what he can or cannot do. Simply excellent service … always!
