I won't go anywhere else going forward with both mine and wife's car. Incredible service from c&m auto care tbh. I took my Mercedes ML in to C&M autocare in the off-chance they could have a look at it due to certain issues I've been having. I dealt with Mark, who was a genuine, honest guy and took a look at it straight away, even tho he was busy, not only that he went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed, was honest right of the get go and never stopped until he sorted the problem with the car. I have been dealing with various garages since 2010, and this by far was the best auto experience I've ever had. The pricing was great, and the effort put in was exceptional and Mark couldn't do more and as I said before, never stopped until the issue was rectified. Highly recommended and will definitely be back. Thanks for all your help Mark, and the great advice. Ross
Highly recommend! Excellent customer service and fair prices. Mark and Connor have been brilliant, they always take the time to explain what is wrong with my car and are totally transparent about costs. Won't go to another garage now
Popped in to C&M Autocare on my drive down to Leeds from Dunfermline after my brake warning light came on and I was worried about driving the rest of the way. I wasn’t expecting them to be able to help at such short notice but Russell was extremely helpful and took the time to look at my car thoroughly and explain the problem in terms I could understand (I’m fairly car-inept 😂). He offered me a temporary solution to get me back on the road & safely back home to allow me to take it to the dealership where the underlying problem can hopefully be fixed under warranty. Massively appreciate it, thanks again!
Visited garage this morning to get a small job done. He offered to do the work for nothing! A rare experience. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Alan
