Excellent quality work and knowledgeable beyond anyone else we’ve ever taken the car too. And therefore excellent value. We have a 25yr old G300 which had various issues manifesting themselves in the engine ignition and ABS. They diagnosed them quickly and the work was done in minimal time once the parts arrived - also making the car safe to drive. Great technicians. Thank you
I had a wonderful experience at Colin Ferns Ltd. On a critical issue, they were accommodating to fit my car in at short notice and kept myself updated throughout the few days it took to completion. In particular, I really liked the incremental email updates, including a video, to detail the issues and estimates of the costs. In the end it came slightly less than estimated, which was nice. On work, it included diagnostic, parts and labour which doesn't come cheap but nor at a premium you'd expect at the Merc vendor. I think overall, for the communication and quality of service, I enjoyed more value for money than at any independent garage I ever had. I look forward to using your services again. Thank you.
It's pricey but I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. It's grown now but I used to deal directly with Colin who is clearly passionate and incredibly capable when it comes to Mercedes. Visiting his workshop (which is a little bit hidden if you've not been there before) is often like visiting a car museum. Clearly his skills are trusted by many! I certainly have no complaints and have always been impressed by their expertise in what they do. Well done guys. I along with many others in various Mercedes forums highly recommend them.
Brilliant, fast costumer service and top quality, experienced Mercedes mechanics. I was given the pleasure in dealing with two lovely gentleman called Colin and Dave. All that came through for me was a passion for their work and to get what you needed done, done. Very reasonably priced for the quality of work that went into the job. Highly recommend for Mercedes owners as this will be your alternative garage besides Mercedes itself who will charge you ridiculous corporate prices for the same work.
