When we first booked for a suspected head gasket repair we had to wait nearly three weeks because of the amount of work they had which wasn’t a problem, but they said to bring it in early and if they had a spare moment or a cancellation they would look at it sooner. Dropped it off midday, they contacted me next morning and said they had managed to look at it and the head gasket was ok but needed new coils and plugs and we could pick it up within the hour. So in less than 12 hours of being there it was diagnosed and repaired and back on our driveway. Very impressive. Many thanks to all involved at D&R.
I have been here on a number of occasions and found the service provided first class. I am writing this review following my visit today, 28/07/2017 whereby the suspension of my car gave up the ghost due to a speed hump, which also caused the tyre to rub and subsequently expire! Phoned them up at 0830hrs, phone answered immediately, spoke with the staff member, explained what had happened and took vehicle up. I was kept up to date at all times via phone calls and the overall price was what I would have expected it to be. No issues whatsoever. Friendly and courteous.
Really saved my skin when my car broke down between Bristol and Leeds recently. Dave and the team were quick to diagnose the problem allowing us to make alternative travel plans. They completed the work a day early and to a great standard. A very professional service. Thanks all!
Never had bad service from these guys, been using them since I got my first ever car in 2007.
Had a broken starter motor on my 03 bmw 3.0i z4, I rang up at 9am and they told me to bring my car up them. I managed to bump start it and dropped it off for 11.30am and had it back by the middle of the afternoon. Excellent job and great price. £169 vat Inc parts and labour which I think is exceptionally good.
