My car was serviced in February and the service provided by the team was brilliant. I had a separate issue with the clutch today, the car was in, diagnosed and fixed by 3pm. What more can you ask for. Aimee and Molly were so welcoming and friendly, highly recommend on the customer service alone. Thank you so much, highly recommended!
Ive used Dack Lincoln many times over the years, from servicing to major works on all types of cars. Ive not once had an issue with the team, who are all friendly and happy to chat. Dealt with Molly today during another service and she was excellent and easy to deal with. Even complimented my car! The team at Dack Lincoln are excellent and will look after you.
This is my first time using Dack and it was a very pleasant experience. Molly was very professional, friendly and informative. She took the time to go through my questions. I only had an MOT today but I would recommend their service to others. I will be returning for my car service needs after todays experience 😊
An excellent professional service. I booked my car in for a potentially complex trim repair, but thanks to the technician's skill and perseverance, the repair was completed much more cheaply than I expected. A routine health check then spotted a cut in a tyre, which was subsequently replaced at a good competitive price. I was kept updated throughout and, overall, was a very positive experience.
