Very friendly staff. They were honest and explained the findings from the mot and service very clearly. Great price and hassle free service. Only thing is they didn't call me back when the car was ready for collection and I had to phone later to confirm it was done. But it wasn't too much trouble. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
Found this place using an Internet search. Was fitted in next day for full service & MOT. Price was super competitive. Initial impressions weren't great, as the guy in reception just completely ignored me for several minutes. Turns out he was a mechanic & not the receptionist, but still ignorant IMO. Fortunately, I was very happy with the car service & MOT (even fitting bulbs at no charge). There's no seating area at the garage. Walked into Hanley town centre, or what's left of it, to pass time. Anyway, made it a relaxing half day. Would definitely consider using again.
GREAT!! 156 quid for a major service, mot, pick up, drop off. Can't get much better than that. Seat cover put on seat, left clean and tidy. Great communicators, never pushy for more work. Just went smoothly which is what you want when give your car the garage for the day
Excellent customer service during MOT & Service. Reasonably priced. Staff were polite throughout. Have used DB autos for 3 different cars and each time the service has been excellent. They have got out of their way to help me and the family where needed. Great service, highly recommended.
Had my car booked in this morning for front pads and brake fluid flush. The lads got me in and out within about an hour on a Saturday. Great lads. Would highly recommend. P.S DB Autos front pads for my car - £129 Halfords - £550
