As it’s my first ever Lexus, it was wise to take it to a mechanic that knew their stuff and specialised in Lexus. After some googling, I found DMB Automotive. I got my car checked and fully serviced to ensure that I had made a decent and reliable purchase. The turnaround was prompt and Dan has offered not only a great service, but great advice on how to keep the car running. Overall it has been a fantastic experience. Since then, I have gone back for a dashboard replacement. The service was once again brilliant, and he and his team have gone above and beyond returning the car fully valeted at no extra cost. If you have a Lexus, this is the go to guy. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience with DMB. He offered a much better price than the Lexus dealership and was incredibly helpful in coordinating with the recovery company. Throughout the process, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Highly recommend for great service!
Was recommended Dan by a Lexus Group. From the point of first phone call to collecting my car was absolute flawless. The issue I had was diagnosed same day and fixed within a few days due to part availability. Also got a full service and headlight restoration done. The local garages I usually would use couldn't figure out where the coolant leak was. Highly recommend DMB and won't be taking my Lexus anywhere else.
Me and my partner have been using Dan for years on all our vehicles, from servicing to gear box replacements always amazing service at a great price! Quick turnaround and total transparency can’t recommend enough!!!
