My daughter broke down (massive coolant system failure) in Swindon mid way on a long journey on a Sunday afternoon. David managed to squeeze us in - despite only ringing him at 3pm - and quickly diagnosed the problem. Parts were needed so we left the car in Swindon. David quoted for and resolved the problem quickly and went out of his way to arrange collection. Our nightmare experience (of a breakdown on a long journey) was handled brilliantly, and at a very reasonable cost. Great communication and super flexible. Would not hesitate to recommend this garage.
Great customer service with quick diagnosis and fix (called on a Sunday, repaired by Monday afternoon); and all at very reasonable prices. Always explain when work doesn’t need to be done, which is great and pretty rare for a garage in my experience. 5*, will definitely be back for future issues.
Brilliant! Took my car for mot and service and it failed, they rushed it through for me and drives like a dream! Natalie is very informative and kept me upto date with what was happening! Can not thank them enough! Previously used them as they will collect and deliver the car for you, open till eight and weekends! Absolutely spot on!

I’ve had an issue with my car since Feb having got it from the Sytner Select garage in Swindon. The guys from Swindon Automotive Repair Ltd have helped me look at the issues and not only highlight them also write a report to show evidence of the issues. They have showed fantastic customer service and gone above and beyond all expectations in helping me try and sort out this total nightmare that I’ve had since February. I appreciate all your help and the testing you carried out on my car. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They give honest answers and superb customer experience.
