For example today I had a really bad noise coming from my brakes and when I went in Jim popped out while I was giving my details. He came back in saying the problem was solved! He took me for a test drive to prove it was fixed. I also then asked if they could also have a wee look at a rattle under the boot. It was no problem. They fixed both issues and didn't even charge me as it was a simple fix. Jim took the time to explain the problem, how to fix it, and said it was a common fault with my car. Typical of the service there - always happy to help, they explain everything and give you great service. Thanks guys - I will be back!
I’ve been here a couple of times and the team have always been so helpful. I’ve dealt mainly with Jim who has been so friendly, explained everything to me and always happy to answer any questions. Every member of the team is so polite and friendly. Both times they took my car in straight away despite being busy and I’m so happy with the service I’ve received. Highly recommend!
Called into Neilston Road Branch, Paisley this morning as windscreen wiper had broken off due to a frozen windscreen. Jim at reception could not have been more helpful. He had a new wiper fitted within 15minutes. What a star.
Great place for new tyres, needed a tyre asap for my van. Guys managed to fit me in quickly and i was in and out just as quick. Great job
