We were very impressed with Ferdotti motor services, dealing with Steve was Excellent, he was very professional, courteous & a lovely guy who sorted out a quote for us thesame day. The place is very clean & all the staff are polite & pleasant, I would recommend Ferdotti motor services.
Fantastic garage both in terms of customer service and quality of work. I booked my van in and within a couple of hours they had diagnosed the issue and phoned me to let me know how much and how long would take. It was then fixed super quickly with the garage communicating with me when finished- what more can you ask for. No issues with pricing, what they quoted was true with no hidden costs or extras! Great set up and facilities as well, looked very professional and really made me feel welcomed when I turned up. Excellent coffee in the waiting area! I will certainly be using them again.
Excellent service done. I've got my vauxhall insignia timing chain done and they did a great job, very fast and reliable. Very good communication skills and staff is very friendly especially IAN & STEVE. i'm very thankful to them for sorting my car on short period of time.
