I took my Caravelle to him for a major service including DSG and 4motion haldex oil changes. Pleasure to deal with and competitively priced. Thank you Bart!

We recently had our BMW X5 and our Nissan Micra, brought to you guys, I have to say the standard of service was excellent, although we had some issues with our suspension, your patience and efforts to source the problem and repair it was top class, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done on any of their vehicles to give these guys a call. The amount of work and effort that was involved in getting our bushes and new parts fitted to the BMW X5 was mind blowing. However with great mechanics such as your team. I couldn't express my gratitude. You went beyond the call to help source and fit the parts need. Our BMW drives like it's just left the showroom floor. All I can say is any vehicles I own or might own in the future will only be worked on by your team. Fantastic service, excellent prices and extremely helpful. With regular updates not only by phone by video too, I understood each phase of the works needed and knew what they were doing. thank you so much. I really appreciate it. For new clients reading this post. For Mot, general service or even larger works. I would strongly suggest contacting these guys.
Genuine mechanic. I was travelling in Scotland when I needed a mechanic on the day - usually have to wait a week to get anywhere. Super friendly on phone, arrived 10mins later. Up on the ramp, checking and advising as he was going. Diagnosed strut mount needed replacing and I came back later when part was delivered. However on further investigation Bart realised it was just the bushings and bar that needed some lube, as they were very dry and causing friction. Could’ve told me bushings needed replacing but didn’t. Sorted the issue with lube, noise went. Didn’t expect any form of payment. He was happy to explain all and other questions I had. I gave him £20 for his time regardless. And left with confidence in my van. Recently new business, I wish him all the best! Thanks!
After using a few garages, in Paisley, over the time if have owned my current car, i have never had such an excellent experience as i have had recently from Frankie Auto Service. Within half an hour of dropping my car off, i had a video showing me the work needed for my MOT as well as other work i had asked to be done. I was also sent a full breakdown of every part and labour charge to fix. Then as the day progressed i got regular updates and photos of the work being carried out. The year before a previous garage had told me a certain part for my exhaust was not available for my car anymore and i may need to 'write my car off'. Bart was not only able to get the part the same day as the repairs, but also fitted it cheaper than the botched job the previous garage did on the exhaust to 'patch it up'. I would recommend Frankie Auto Service to everyone out there. Great work ethic, great knowledge, great pricing and a very nice person too. Car passed my MOT with no problems after his excellent work. 10/10 Great Job :-)
