First of all what a friendly bunch of guys. I felt assured throughout my dealings with Gateshead Garage and they were very approachable. I found the pricing very competitive and I was given a few free items including an engine steam clean. My car was in for a major service, oil leak diagnostic and repair and a few other minor diagnostics/repairs . Gateshead Garage are definitely my go to garage now. If your looking for a professional hassle-free good value repairs and diagnostics service, give these guys a go..... I wasn't disappointed and wholeheartedly give them a five star rating... Honest, trustworthy and very competitive prices, not too many garages like this one around Gateshead. While other garages were asking for more money but couldn’t offer me a timeline for fixing my car, they told me to bring the car the same day and fixed it within 3 hours, and did a good job as I drove off no strange noises, everything was working as it should. I noticed they were still open after closing time and handing keys to customers. Definitely recommend!
I have used this garage more than once and have been delighted each time. Unparalleled in honesty, price and customer satisfaction. This Friday they stayed open after hours to fit brake pads as I was about to travel long distance! Joe and Zal - simply the best! Thank you!!!
