Lovely guy here found it straight away and updated me regularly checking in I was ok with all costs. Was able to complete the work and get it back to me same day. Would definitely recommend. Also didn't walk away feeling ripped off as I usually do *Edit* went back here when I had another issue and once again great service with reasonable prices
Having used many different garages over the years we were recommended Graham at gc autos and gave them a try. This was almost 5 years ago and have never been anywhere since. Rob on the front desk is an absolute gent with first class communication. Nothing is a problem for the team of mechanics and Graham the owner is an pleasure to deal with. Graham and his team are an asset to the motor trade. I would recommend anyone who needs anything from a simple mot and a service right up to more intricate issues to visit GC Autos. Brilliant service. They managed to fix and pass the MOT an old Toyota Prius with over 347 000 miles. They are the best garage in North East region.
Got a major service done, dropped the car off around 10am and picked it up around 3.45pm, gave me a sheet of the breakdown of work carried out, labour parts and tax. Would use them again and recommend to friends
