from 173 reviews on GoogleGenuinely fantastic, they diagnosed a problem (and fixed it) and it was something another local garage couldn't find in three visits, fixed everything at a cheaper price than feasible having ran my invoice by a vehicular minded friend and kept me updated, everything was on time, no hidden charges and courtesy car access was a lot earlier than everywhere else. The reception team put you very at ease during everything aswell as answering questions before you get a chance to ask them and the mechanical guys are fantastic, I know next to nothing about cars and they answered each and every mundane query with genuine enthusiasm which was very endearing, you could genuinely tell each and every one of them has a passion for their job and I really mean that, it genuinely struck me. Incredibly lucky to have a service such as this in a relatively small town. Hopefully another year passes before I come back and review again 🤣

Booked in for a new set of tyres knowledgeable staff recommended a make. The job was done efficiently and I had a lovely surprise that the car had been washed when I came to collect it
I cannot recommend this garage enough! The staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and I was kept fully updated with the progress on my car. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole customer service, I felt really looked after here - 10/10. I was on holiday in the area when my battery warning light came on. They fitted me in immediately to check my battery and arranged for one to be delivered within the hour. The mechanic, Kieran, was really courteous and knowledgeable. I felt confident in their service and they even washed my car. Nobody ever likes spending money out on their car when you never 'see' the benefits, but I left this garage smiling and happy. Couldn't have asked for more... I wish there was one of these garages by me!!
