However I used it today as they were the only ones who had an appointment and was greeted by Lewis who provided excellent service and guidance. Thanks to Lewis for the excellent service and for regaining my trust in Halfords Autocentre Hounslow.

Having had a break warning might come on, along with the ABS warning light too, I was concerned to get it sorted out. I rang in on Monday, to get an appointment, and was offered today (Thursday) to get a diagnostic check. The service I received was excellent, and Stuart was extremely professional and helpful, especially when I was told the brake pump needed replacing and the cost was over £2.5K His attitude and suggestions that a payment plan was on offer was of huge benefit. Instead of having to sell my body for research, I can now breathe and pay it off monthly over a period of time. The part in question has been ordered, they will fit it and do my MOT too. Today they checked my tyre pressure and added some oil too. It’s not often you get customer service like this in garages, and I wanted to stand up and be counted. Well done to Stuart and all the team.
