Great for the enthusiast wanting specialist work on their exotic, to the uninitiated car owner who just wants a trustworthy job doing to be on their way. Communication was excellent from start to finish - the team went above and beyond to clarify and answer any questions I had. The knowledgable advice given was in my best interest as a customer rather than theirs as a business. They clearly appreciate how to conduct business, doing so out of their clean and well organised facility. I will be returning once again, pleasure to deal with and highly recommend.
Called after a warning light came on on the dash on my VW (exhaust system). Fault code diagnosed, a quick look for air leaks, code cancelled and I was back on the road. It shouldn't recur but I'll be back if she misbehaves again. Thank you guys, very helpful on a hot day.
Really impressed with the service provided. Everything was explained clearly and prices were very reasonable. They even collected and delivered my car! Wish I’d found this garage ages ago. Highly recommended. Thank you Hirsch Tech!!
I recently purchased an Audi RS4 which needed a full service and health check. I booked in and went to see Michael for a chat before he worked on my car. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very well priced. These cars are complex, but Michael get the technology and offers great work. Will soon be going back for more work, and as long as I own my B7, he will be looking after it.
I can't fault Michael at Hirsch-Tech. After being towed back to Nottingham, I messaged Michael on Easter Monday to see if he could help with diagnosing and repairing the fault (typical generic warning light on the dashboard!). He diagnosed it straight away, explained the issue to me, got me a price within a couple of hours and booked me in the next day to fit the part. Added bonus of being a 10 minute walk away - recommend him 100%
